Epoxy Resin Dispersion, Binder and Primer
A water-based epoxy resin dispersion used as a binder, primer or adhesion promoter in resin-based flooring and coating systems. It provides excellent adhesion to mineral substrates and improves bonding of subsequent synthetic resin coatings.
Features and Benefits
- 2-component, highly reactive epoxy resin dispersion
- Can be used as a primer or combined with HADALAN® filler mixtures.
- Suitable for applications with various layer thicknesses.
- Scratch levelling compounds and levelling coatings based on HADALAN® EBG 13E are water vapour permeable.
- Can be used on substrates that are soaked from the reverse side, reducing the risk of detachment or osmotic blistering.
- Used as a levelling compound in the HADALAN® Balcony Protection system.
- Applied at a 2 mm layer thickness to form a membrane layer.
- Helps ensure vapour pressure equalisation on damp substrates.
- Press-on moisture must be excluded before applying subsequent system layers.
- Where necessary, allow the component to dry until it reaches its equilibrium moisture content.
