Characteristics
Cemitone Classic Flexible Cementitious Grout is a high-performance, The grout designed for superior durability and aesthetics. Available in 10 vibrant colors, it offers high abrasion resistance, reduced water absorption, and excellent color stability. Its water-repellent and frost-resistant properties ensure long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor applications. The grout features a fine, smooth surface that minimizes soiling and provides a clean, professional finish.

Application
- Ideal for weakly or non-absorbent ceramic surfaces (stoneware, fine stoneware, split tiles, clinker slabs, artificial stone, natural stone, glass, mosaic).
- Perfect for narrow joints in large-format slabs.
- Compatible with wall, floor, and electrical surface heating.
- Suitable for areas with high thermal loads (balconies, loggias, terraces).
- For both interior and exterior applications.
Mixing / Preparation / Processing
- Pour the specified amount of clean tap water into a container.
- Gradually add dry mortar while mixing with a suitable agitator until smooth.
- Let it rest, then mix again.
- Use a consistent water ratio to prevent color variations.
- Do not mix with other products or substances.
Applying
- Spread the grout diagonally over joints using a rubber or foam rubber board.
- If needed, reapply wet-in-wet.
- Once mortar tightens (finger test), wipe excess with a damp sponge diagonally.
- After drying, remove residual film with a damp sponge.
Processing Time
- Workable for approx. 60 minutes at +20°C and 65% humidity.
- Do not add water or remix once the mortar starts to harden.
Drying / Hardening
- Protect fresh mortar from rapid drying, frost, draughts, direct sunlight, and heavy rain using foil if necessary.
